The Center on the American Governor offers a small number of internships – generally unpaid – to undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in the study of the office of the governor. Past interns have performed duties such as working on discrete research projects, assisting with creation of materials for the website, and compiling and organizing archive materials.

Web Design Internship (unpaid) – Fall 2015

Job Description:

Eagleton’s Center on the American Governor (CAG) seeks a web design intern to assist in building and maintaining its website (governors.rutgers.edu). The part-time intern will identify and implement solutions to improve the function and appearance of CAG’s online archive. The technician will create new pages, redesign existing pages, and complete site maintenance. This is an unpaid internship with a flexible schedule (approx. 10 hours per week).

Skills:

Strong WordPress, HTML, and Photoshop skills are required. Experience with Adobe CS desired.
