Interview with Michael J. Breslin, Jr.

Michael J. Breslin, Jr. is a lawyer and as a former Bergen County Democratic chairman, he has a long history of political involvement in the state of New Jersey. Breslin graduated from Fordham Law School in 1963 and began his legal career in New Jersey in 1964, working at the law firm of Breslin and Breslin, where his uncle, John J. Breslin, Jr., was a senior partner and also a respected plaintiff’s attornery in the state. Michael Breslin was one of ten attorneys appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court in 1979 to help create the New Jersey Supreme Court Civil Trial Certification Board program. Breslin served two terms and then became a Certified Civil Attorney in New Jersey. He continues to practice liability and damage cases on a referral basis.
