Interview with Judy Shaw

Judy Shaw was the first woman to serve as a New Jersey governor’s Chief of Staff, appointed to that position by Governor Christine Todd Whitman. Her responsibilities included the press office, the office of administration, briefings and advance, emergency management, scheduling and appointments, and liaison to the Governor’s cabinet and Washington office. She also served as a policy and political adviser.
