Interview with Feather O’Connor Houston

Feather O’Connor Houston served during the Kean administration first as head of the Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency and then as New Jersey state treasurer. She is currently president of the William Penn Foundation. In addition to serving in the Kean administration, Houston has served as Pennsylvania’s Secretary of Public Welfare during Governor Tom Ridge’s administration, chief financial officer of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), and in a number of senior positions with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
